Creds

The points you earn when reaching your daily health targets.

Allowance

Amount of cash you can earn every month, provided by your sponsor.

Spend

Our in-app shop featuring a broad variety of rewards.

Reward

The product in our shop that you can purchase using cash, spendable Creds or finance.

The in-app visual representation of your daily health targets.

Move

¼ of the ways to earn through Earn It. Step count, staircases climbed, distance-related challenges and active calories used all contribute here.

Spendable Creds

Total amount of Creds you have to spend at any one time, based on health goals being hit and the cash limit you have been given by your sponsors.

Company contribution/allowance

This is the amount of money that your employer commits to, typically on an annual basis. It is automatically collected and topped up’ monthly.

Locked Creds

Total amount of Creds you can earn every month, to unlock the entire cash allowance your sponsor has set.

Unlocked Creds

The amount of Creds you have earned and converted to spendable Creds.

Sponsor

A supplier, partner, or employer who supports your health goals by providing your monthly cash allowance.

Wellness

¼ of the ways to earn through Earn It. From yoga and Pilates to mindful meditations and more, you'll earn Creds if you watch or listen to any Wellness content in the app. We will shortly be adding breath exercises, time out doors and lots of other ways to ‘Earn’ your wellbeing target.

Exercise

¼ of the ways to earn through Earn It. You’ll earn Creds for any time you exercise as logged via your Apple Watch or watching video workouts in your Earn It app.  Most forms of exercise that raise your heart rate above a brisk walk will be recorded in your exercise target.

Habits

¼ of the ways to earn through Earn It. Checking in at your office location or reading an article in your Earn It app can earn you Creds. We will soon be releasing ‘Check-in’ to any health or fitness location in the UK, so gyms, cricket clubs, golf courses etc will shortly ‘earn’ you Creds and go towards your habits target.

Streaks

When hitting the same goal, for example your daily step target, across several days, you have a Streak and earn extra Creds.

Bonus

Bonus Creds are extra Creds awarded for 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% completion of the total Creds target and also for Streaks.

Spend

Where your spendable Creds are ready to be used on the Earn It store.
